As for how much you can withdraw, that depends on the current reserves in the pool. Once trading starts, the ratio of assets in the pool constantly shifts due to trading activity. Therefore, the exact amount you get back depends on the state of the market when you withdraw.
But to be clear: as long as your LP tokens are neither locked nor burned, you can withdraw your liquidity directly. You don’t need to apply for permission from anyone (including PandaTool), nor do you need any extra steps. You have full permissions, and you can pull the liquidity whenever you want.
