I’d like to know the smart contract address for BNB or tBNB on the BSC Testnet/Mainnet.

There is a slight misunderstanding here. Whether on the BSC Mainnet or Testnet, BNB (and tBNB) do not have smart contract addresses because they are the native coins of the blockchain. Only Wrapped BNB (wBNB) has a smart contract address.
