How to display tokens in Tonkeeper wallet?

After creating a TON token with PandaTool’s one-click token creation, many users find they cannot see the token in Tonkeeper — why does this happen?

After creating a token on the TON chain with PandaTool’s one-click token tool, some users find the token visible on a blockchain explorer but not shown in the Tonkeeper wallet. PandaTool summarizes three solutions below to help you resolve this.

1. Tonkeeper — browser extension (desktop plugin)

If you use the browser wallet extension but cannot see the token, there are two remedies:

1.1 Enable token display manually
Open the wallet settings and find the “Tokens” option; there you can view all tokens held by the wallet. Click the eye icon at the right side of the token row to toggle visibility:

• Closed eye: hide the token.

• Open eye: restore the token display.

1.2 Switch the active wallet address
If you do not see a “Tokens” option in the wallet settings, the active wallet address may be incorrect. Switch the wallet’s active address to the correct address — the token should then appear.

2. Tonkeeper — mobile wallet

If you use the Tonkeeper mobile app and cannot see the token, try the following two methods:

2.1 Manage token display
Tap the wallet’s manage button and check whether the token is hidden; tap the eye icon to restore it.

2.2 Disable Safe Mode
If you cannot find the manage button, Safe Mode may be enabled automatically (this occurs on Android). In Safe Mode, all unverified tokens are automatically hidden. To disable Safe Mode: open Settings → Security → Safe Mode and turn Safe Mode off.

3. Token flagged as high-risk (SCAM)

If a token mimics another project’s name or involves fraudulent behavior, blockchain explorers may label it as SCAM. Tokens marked as SCAM are not displayed in Tonkeeper.

To check the token status, visit the blockchain explorer tonviewer.com and search by token address. If the token is safe, you can appeal to Tonviewer for removal of the warning. Two appeal methods:

1. Appeal through the Telegram bot: https://t.me/tonviewer_support_bot

2. Appeal by email: support@tonviewer.com

Notes and precautions

• Hidden ≠ Deleted. Hiding a token only affects display; the asset still exists on-chain.

• Be cautious when restoring display. Verify the token’s origin and safety before un-hiding to avoid displaying risky assets.

• Regular checks. Periodically verify asset status via a blockchain explorer.
